*** Please Review Thoroughly ***
General Scheduling Policy - Students are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to the commencement of class. Those who arrive late, specifically 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, may not be permitted entry. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the class registration dates. Should you have any inquiries, do not hesitate to reach out to us at rgtma2024@gmail.com or (757) 633-6249.
General Attendance Policy - Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered an absence. In case of an absence, it is the duty of the student and/or scheduler to inform the instructor via phone. The student will be assigned to an appropriate class and/or lab session to make up for any missed time, as completing all required hours is crucial for successful course completion. A student is permitted to miss class and/or lab a maximum of two times. After the second unsuccessful attempt to reschedule, the class will be deemed incomplete, necessitating re-enrollment. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Cell Phone Policy - During instructional hours, cell phones are required to be stored away and silenced at all times. Students may use their cell phones during designated breaks. In the event of an urgent call, please exit the room quietly to take the call outside the instructional setting. A verbal warning will be given for the first violation of this policy. Should a second violation occur, the student will be asked to leave the program, as it is essential to minimize distractions.
Payment Policy - All payments for services are required to be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the start of any scheduled courses. If payments are not received within this 24-hour timeframe, the course will be canceled. Please note that payments will not be accepted on the day of the class.
Refund Policy - Refunds are not permitted. If a course is canceled within 24 hours of its scheduled time, the service may be rescheduled or applied as credit toward a different course. All funds must be utilized within 60 days from the original scheduled date.
Cancellation Policy - A fee of $75.00 will be charged for cancellations or no-shows if the student fails to provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled course. In the event of a no-show for a fully paid class, $75.00 will be deducted from the total amount, and the remaining balance can only be used for courses offered at Renaissance. All outstanding balances must be settled prior to the next scheduled class. Additionally, please be aware that these funds must be utilized within 60 days of the original class date, or they will be lost.
